As a certified home staging professional, I help prepare your home for sale in the real estate marketplace. My goal is to make your home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, resulting in a swift sale, netting you thousands more for your home.

Staging Consultations will give you information needed to repair and update specifically to get the best return. I guide you to decide what to pack and what to showcase. If some accessories and furniture are needed I will guide you to use what you have available and what you may need to buy. I give you specific suggestions to prepare the best look for your home before you list. If you are simply looking for advice and direction, I offer a 2 hour mini style consultation. Mini style sessions are also offered remotely via Zoom.

Colour Consultations will help you decide the best paint colours to help you feel the energy you need in each room. Then we decide on how to create a flow from one room to the next and tie the design together with accessories and art.

Organizing, Decluttering & Downsizing gets your spaces used for their best design. We show you how to let go of “stuff”, and how to decide what to keep, donate, sell, or send to Never-land.

I took my staging training in Sept 06 through the Certified Staging Professionals, and followed that with more personalized training with a professional Stager in Edmonton. Most of my listings are in the $300,000 to $700,000 range. I have been contracted to design and purchase furniture and accessories for Show Suites for large Condo units and Show homes and have done numerous redesigns.

I have been artistic all my life and painted many pictures while I was a member of the Prairie Artists Guild here in Regina. I have taken courses in Interior Design, Floral Arrangements, Woodworking, Upholstery, Sewing, Willow Chair design, Faux Art, Feng Shui, Curb Appeal, Garden Design, Photography for Staging, and also dozens of short classes to help me run a small business from Web Design to Bookkeeping to Marketing.

Recently, due to COVID 19, I have downsized my business and will be Consulting for walk through’s to help people getting ready to sell, organize their spaces, downsize or declutter, pick paint colours for selling or for living, and will refer other Staging companies for any furnishing needs. Homes are meant to be beautiful and comforting, so that we can all be inspired to lead productive, resourceful lives.
